Location: Mar Mekhayel ,Beirut
Idea: To make a dedication to the old vendome
theater on the evening of its destruction ,on
the stairs that lead to it.
Method: 3d illusion of an assemblage of geometric shapes on the stairs.
Story: The day after we finished the painting we
learned that neighbors in the area were
worried and scared ,wondering what this
symbol could mean.
In response to that we wrote on the floor at
the mark were the illusion could be seen , an
explanation stating this as art and not a
political or religious symbol.
