Beirut bottle shark. goes to the rescue of Kfaraabida
Date: September 2016.
Location:Kfaraabida north Lebanon.
Occasion: Protest against the privatization of the public beach.
Idea: All maritime sports communities had agreed to take part in this protest. My plan was to take part in this on a shark made of upcycled material,as an ironic symbol of the ongoing destruction of the lebanese coastline.
Method: Using rope, water bottles and gallons and a wooden frame.The process was documented step by step and shared online.
